Having a dog in a van can be a good thing, it can also be very challenging. It evolves around the type of dog you have. Some dogs woof all the time at the smallest pin drop, some don’t. Having a dog is like having a child. It 100% makes its harder in van life. If you going to get a dog its a 15 year commitment not just for you van life time.
This was SO useful! Thank you. Im looking at travelling to the Europe soon and wouldn't of thought of half these things. Really like how honest and down to earth you both are! You have a new subscriber! Thank you 👍 xx
As an owner of 8 dogs at once (4 working collies, 4 racing huskies, and 1 fat Labrador), I gave up on my right to clean things a loooooong time ago. My future van will be painted in mud-brown 😂😂
Can I ask about the titer test - did you that done IN Turkey/ Morocco or in the EU? It’s the most confusing bit for us in our prep. Does it take months to complete? Thank you so much.
Hi 👋 We went to a vet called Alex in Belgium as soon as we got to the EU. His practice is - www.wvlo.be/dedierendokter/ we really recommend him. The results took around 3-4 weeks to be emailed back to us after our appointment.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I so needed to learn that!
Glad it was helpful! 🐾

💯 Dogs are big commitments regardless of how you choose to live.

Can you recommend a vet in Ireland please or is it just a case of phoning around?
We used one in Letterkenny but worth phoning or emailing in advance depending which area you’re visiting.
@@TheRoadTwoSpoons thanks very much. It's definitely something I need to get for next year
