The "give people returns a couple times then run off" is a common thing in MANY investment scams. The idea is to give them good returns on smaller amounts until the victim feels comfortable enough to finally give you a relatively huge chunk of money, then they disappear and move on to the next pool of victims.

The way I see things if ENVY made calls to celebraties and others on behalf of Ceasar and co-signed Ceasar's business, he deserves to be held accountable for letting someone use his name to do that business. Aside from the money, people may have invested in Ceasar based off of ENVY's recommendation. Furthermore, a public figure like ENVY should have known every bit of pertinent information about Ceasar's business before attaching his name to it.

If I’m a doctor I do my real estate research on certain things but if I don’t have the time this is where I pay some one who went to school for economics, business, accounting, ect to take my money and invest it based on there skills educational background and obviously for that particular person who does the work he or she gets paid a percentage for there hard labor but to take all of my money because I didn’t watch a 1hr youtube video and do my research is INSANE and evil.

Correct do your research first and foremost but for those who don’t do their research, doesn’t give meaning for some one to take advantage of their lack of knowledge and steal from them. If I’m a doctor I do my real estate research on certain things but if I don’t have the time this is where I pay some one who went to school for economics, business, accounting, ect to take my money and invest it based on there skills educational background and obviously for that particular person who does the work he or she gets paid a percentage for there hard labor but to take all of my money because I didn’t watch a 1hr youtube video and do my research is INSANE and evil.
