This Is A Strange Design, 2 Batteries Back To Back, With A Piece Of Paper Separating Them.

Battery’s are fitted in Parallel to extend life of key. 2 x 3volt. Ie positive to positive. Not in series otherwise it would be 6v system.

I can’t think of any for the key fob that has the same arrangement especially with the piece of paper between the two batteries that must just be there for illustration purposes as it doesn’t seem to serve any use, still an interesting one, Thanks Adam for the great information👍🏻👍🏻🛠

Do you know how to get the remote lock/unlock door function back after letting with dead battery for top long ? Ford Mondeo mk5 2015 Europe. I did not find working method on TH-cam nor web sites. 😭

@@Skavenger360I have ford Mondeo mk4 , I have changed the car battery and now when I'm pressing the unlock button on key fob it's unlocking all the doors except the driver door, everytime I open it with the manual key. Any suggestions?
