Slayer cape and Dungeoneering cape are probably 2 of the best QOL capes to own, specifically to keep in a max cape/support cape. Unlimited teleports to all slayer masters and resource dungeons across the map, they're some of the best forms of free travel for the game.
auto redeeming dungeoneering token boxes is not necessarily a great idea. the amount of tokens you get is based on your level, and these boxes are bankable - meaning if you're level 40 and get a ton of these, but plan to train dg in the future, it would be better to bank them and open at a higher level.

Shit I'm not as nooby anymore but I still stumble across new stuff as I level up. Like guides usually pass over small but important things that would be really helpful to know. You can actually go to settings ->controls and there you can keybind familiar actions that way you can save a slot on your actionbar.
