I completely agree with your review. I went out and bought one of these and I could not be happier driving it 7 days a week as a daily driver. The amount of time I am driving on back windy roads or on a track is 0% even though that's what most reviewers use as the benchmark when reviewing a luxury sports car. They concentrate on the sports and forget about the luxury. Driving this car to work, the grocery store, the mall, and the gym is a dream and it gets plenty of looks...even if its usually from other dudes haha

Laurence Ignacio a new GSF not a GS350F goes for $96000- $100000 and a new RCF goes for $69000-$80000 fully loaded minus taxes . A GS350 F new goes for $55000-$60000 and a new RC350 F goes for $55000-$60000 . A used GSF / RCF with less than 20k miles from 2015-17 go for $55000- $ 58000 if your lucky 🍀 maybe one with like 50-60k miles would be a decent find
If u want a fun, daily, quality, and reliable sports car, lexus is your only choice. May be the infiniti q60s red sport. Infiniti is very reliable also. Most folks dont know much about Infiniti.
Have A 2017,Only Complaint I Habmve is Exhaust is Pretty Quiet,But Can Ad a Good Cai Intake & Exhaust is Louder@ Higher rpm.+ There's plenty of Cat Backs Out there for them. Flowmaster is One of them.
Pretty cool Lexus gave it a bump in HP thats pretty awsome I had no idea they did that! For the price tho these should be pushing 315-330hp tho that 311 youl probly feel on the highway but isnt gonna be really noticeable over the 306 .Nice review tho.I hope they take the RCF from 467hp to 500 and take about 50lbs out of it that make a crazy car to.

There is quite a difference between the two, Michael Stollaire TBAR CEO, but sadly this is the middle option because Toyota doesn't have any other current-gen powertrains that could fit the bill. 5HP? Hahahaha. That LSD will not help those suckers when I see them on the highway. That car is still underpowered due to the weight. I have walked these in my 2016 IS 350 easily! I had a 2008 GS 350 before the IS and a 2006 IS 350 before that and they were ALL quicker. Especially the IS 350 2006 version. It was so sweet off the line but weak after 100mph. The 08 GS 350, however, would spank this. Loved that car. The mistake Toyota made was that whack 8 spd transmission. The 6 spd in the previous Gen GS 350 was the perfect transmission for this motor. As a matter of fact, my mpg was much better in the GS 350 than the 2016 IS 350. That 6 spd is simply superior.
This is the exact model that I want. Went to the dealership recently to see if they have any RC 2018 in stock and seems they're all sold out now. I guess 2019 it is.
I used to own one of these fully loaded. Great car loved it. Definitely underpowered and not really much of a sports car… which I why I had to leave her. Awesome daily driver and comfortable though
I'm not sure why Lexus stubbornly refuses to upgrade their infotainment systems. This touchpad interface is horrible. A derivation of Toyota's newer Entune 3.0 would be an improvement. This RC350 has so many good features otherwise.
I've never seen that capability to "pipe" up engine noise. I'm going to holla at you about that in person. I love the Lexus Brand. We had the SC 430 for about 6 months as a company driver.

True, but with the purpose of getting power to the ground. That's what hooking up is. This car's lack of torque doesn't really require it since it's not that easy to spin the tires. Lexus, too heavy for the very small power and torque increase. Think twin-turbo 365-hp Genesis G70 instead for less money and more sporting nature. Great video, though.
Your rite the rc350 even weighs more than the is350 even though it’s a two door . reason being two door cars have extra safety bracing in the rear which adds 200 more LB to the total weight google it if you don’t believe me 😁 but any way the Genius weighs a lot and is slow as well . If your looking to actually save money why not get a Kia stinger GT2 and mod it ? They are fast af and smoke is and rc 350s all day . If not why not a cheap mustang GT with A stage 2 roush kit putting you at 600 plus hp for less than $45000 ? If your looking luxury the Kia has been making headline power in TH-cam with simple mods and looks awesome ok for what it is . I see genesis as A Hyundai still so idk .
That genesis wont last you as long thats forsure. Thats what matters when the mileage gets up there. This will definitely hold value as well so resale wont be an issue

Yup. And believe it or not, a lot of cars have their top speeds limited. As a matter of fact, most German performance cars are electronically limited to 155 (if they can go that fast) unless you pay extra for a specific performance trim (read: tax?). Hope this helps and thanks for watching!
Love the review. With the exception of the seats and the beautiful clock the materials in the cabin look super cheap. Love the tire sizes and the look of the car but pricy for what u get and it’s pretty slow compared to its competitors.
weirdshibainu nope lol 12:1 compression ratio makes rc350 horrible for tuning only after RR racing supercharger can it make any power and not even close to 500 lol maybe 350-380 to the wheels about 430 to the crank max . Only the Actual RCF can potentially make close to 500 and just barley at that .. it will take way more than just a tune to get there even with the RCF V8 making 475 to the crank . You would need a tune a full exhaust & headers to even get close 😂 to 500 hp

Good review, i think lexus needs a trim in between the rc350/is350 and RC-F/IS-F. The performance gap in between them is enormous.
