Hey there, We Are Monasi (aka Timo & Sandra) and we've been travelling in our self converted van "Parker" for the past year. Even though we enjoy the tranquility of nature, we feel drawn to cities and their coffee scene. Sandra has worked as a barista for several years in Melbourne and Madrid and she is very picky, when it comes to coffee.
