I'd be anorexic on them portions,the whole first pan is my starter
I don't know but this is a standard white wine risotto with champignons basically and on top there are some big different other mushrooms. That's not what I would expect from a risotto titled "Wild Mushroom Risotto". I mean, come on, I want the flavor of these wild mushrooms inside the risotto not only on top and eating a very basic white risotto with only some champignons which don't really have that much flavor.
