Pilansberg National Park: very disappointing

I was working at Pilanesberg National park , everything was so nice and a pleasure to seeing it . Suikerbosrand I know very well to , we was living in Benoni. It is so sad to see this beautiful Places runn down 😢😢

We visited Pilanesberg in March 2023. Very little maintenance. Pilanesberg is such a jewel on the doorstep of Gauteng. I reckon it should be taken over by Sanparks. The same with Suikerbosrand reserve here in Gauteng.

So sad it was the pride of the North West in 2000. To 2020 then it started collapsing. Cuription and simple neglected steps of maintenance.

We visited in December 2024 and it was even worse than March 2023
