So, Jimmy basically becomes an even greater version of the person he hangs out with. No wonder Sarah's always so soft with him instead of her usually aggressive self, she knows he'd become a menace. She found him, and is making sure he doesn't become something that'll destroy the world.
Considering what we see... absolutely.

I lost it when Double D's security system opened the door and let Kevin in to beat up Eddy. What makes it funnier is that Kevin beat Eddy up in a house that wasn't either of theirs without anyone home😂
That ending where Double D freaks out over the gravy tub always gets me XD

"Mirror Mirror on the Ed" is proof that when you pretend to be someone else you take the bad with the good, I mean that's what happened with Eddy and Double D in the end. Because Eddy pretended to be Double D and he ended up getting his arse kicked by Kevin, And Double D pretended to be Ed and the next thing you know he's being forced to literally clean up someone else's mess IE Ed's bedroom.
18:30 the door opening revealing Kevin reminds me of a story my Big Papa told me.
Everyday this pit bull dog would walk by the fence. And on the other end a Chiwawa would bark loudly and bang the fence door to scare the pit bull.
But one day the owner forgot to lock the fence door and when the Chiwawa banged it the door opened and he was face to face with the pit bull and the Chiwawa says, “Oh shit!” And the pit bull says, “I’ve been waiting to meet you.”
I don't know why, but Ed's line of "I think I hit a pipe." makes me laugh every time. 😄

It's always surprisingly sweet seeing characters impersonate each other. I love it when Ed admits that he pretends to be Eddy all the time, as it's another surprisingly good case of his acting skills. If Danny Antonucci hadn't said otherwise, I would've thought he had a career ahead of him in Hollywood.

I know. I didn’t notice as a kid but seeing the episodes again really drive home how lonely they are and how much they want to be accepted by the other kids.
Funniest thing is Double D is actually pretty accepted by the other kids and only really shunned because he hands with Eddy.
It's heartwarming though that they've still got each other.
