I noticed the High School nickname is still the Indians. The last couple of times I have been through Oklahoma, it has been overcast or raining. That is a lot of onions on that burger. Yes, Indians, and I'm sure they are proud of that name. It is definitely tornado alley...I've seen treacherous clouds in Oklahoma, and some great sunsets. Definitely didn't need an onion roll. I absolutely loved this burger. I've thought often about opening my own burger place, but I'm too old now. We'll see. Yes! See you soon!
Hey! I just recorded a video there tonight! Working on an "Oklahoma Onion Burger" documentary. I hit up Robert's, Sid's Bunny's and Tucker's. Tried to go to Nic's this morning, but Nic was sick (that rhymes!) so they were closed today. What is your favorite onion burger? I was also told to check out a place in Chickasha called J & W.
Well, honestly it's a tough pick between Sid's and Roberts. Hard to pick. I haven't tried the others. I am looking to try Tucker's on the next trip through.
