I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying it’s ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $200k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.
Yes, a good number of folks are raking in huge 6 figure gains in this downtrend, but such strategies are mostly successfully executed by folks with in depth market knowledge
Reason I decided to work closely with an brokerage-adviser ever since the market got really tensed and the pressure became so much(I should be retiring in 17months) so I've had an brokerage-adviser guide me through the chaos, its been 9months and counting and I've made approx. 650K net from all of my holdings.
How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financlal future and am eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?

Your explanations are clear and straight forward It's always a honor to have you here as a mentor, I appreciate you for the time being spent to educate us financially. Regardless of how bad it gets the economy, I still makeover $28k every single week. I truly value Lee Davis , and him helpful guides.
My advice: for newbies to grow financially this year, invest. Saving is good, but investing elevates your finances. Why newbie make huge losses on trade is because investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. that will stop you from trading, this has been one of the biggest problem to new traders, l've learned this from my own experience
Mr. Lee Davis has been my financial advisor for a long time and I must say that he is truly impeccable at he job. May the good Lord continue to bless you for everything he does.

Wow...I know her too she is a licensed broker and a FINRA agent he's is popular in US and Canada he is really amazing man with good skills and experience.
It is possible (but not probable) for a person with 5 years experience to be more capable than a person with 20 years experience. But of course a lot of factors upon this contingent in favor of the latter. A couple being: 1) Industry - dependent on certain up and coming industries like renewables/EV’s/charging infrastructure it is more likely the 20 year aadmi would have more knowledge and experience than the 5 year. 2) IP demand - dependent on how hungry a company is to absorb top talent giving up x salary/x equity to have a competitive edge.
Hey bro big fan of your work all the time, Can you just ask few questions like at point the entrepreneurs you are interviewing found that idea what they had made them to quit their job and start the startup and how they basically evaluated the idea 💡 it works or not ?
Hi @Sharon, Can you please make a video around the corruption allegations in the indian market? We often have different scams in India such as Harshad Mehta, Satyam etc.. With the latest allegations on the SEBI chief itself, how can the retail investors who wants to FIRE investing in the equity markets protect themselves in lieu of all the corruption. It would really help folks. Thanks and appreciate it in advance.

Investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. I've learned this from my own experience. If you're new to investing or don't have much time, it's best to get advice from an expert.
My bad! Also, very few people will see that kind of growth. The first 10 people I would say. To be realistic assuming you’re in the first 100-200 employees- a 100x increase in value is more realistic to expect
Hey Sharan, Can you pls suggest ways how to manage portfolio during China-Taiwan situation when it will take place in some of your podcast. It scares me shit.
What kind of invaluable advice is this? I understand that wealth is created overtime though equity but negotiating your salary for more ESOPS where success rate for a startup is just 2% like Ashish mentioned is just illogical. Ask for ESOPs only if you believe in the company and its growth and to be honest no one except the co-founders know the internals of the company as to how its doing. A newly joined employee who has no idea about how well the company is doing will obviously never ask for more ESOPs. Plus when can you sell your ESOPs to actually get your money? Either a new investor is onboarded or else the company go's to IPO, which is a highly rare event. In India where majority of the people are not financially sound, they obviously won't believe in paper asset. There motive is to put bread on the table. Plus when you exercise your ESOPs you pay 30% tax on it + when you sell it you pay LTCG or STCG which is 12.5% or 20% (Tell me if there is a way to save this tax, if you can). The only logical advice I would take from this video would be investing though SIP's. Rest is applicable only for a very small set of people.
What he’s trying to say is that if you want build wealth quickly then you need to take some bets with your career as well. If you do a good amount of research on industry, company value proposition and founder quality, you can make an educated deicsion to join an early stage company. Most people take a 20-30% pay cut but huge ESOPs to compensate it. Yes it’s a risk but a if that esop can 100x then that’s a risk worth taking. So many crorepatis have been created from CRED, IND money, Flipkart and many more in just 5 years of working. Otherwise it would take 20 years to make your first crore in savings as a normal corporate life. Nothing wrong with that but if you’re hungry and impatient for success then you can’t do it with just a 9-5 job. Obviously careers like management consulting, IB are exception which come at the cost of messed up work life balance
The value of IND money is 5000cr. Do they actually have 5000cr in cash . What do they actually do on ground. This digital people are creating a bubble. Let’s assume!! Just keep assuming and fooling people
