Jeff- This is a great video, I know you teach third grade and I teach high school. But believe it our not in my resource special education classes you would be surprised with how many students do not know how to correctly use a ruler. This video would be great for my students to view as a review before we start our unit on measurement and finding area and perimeter. Nice Job!
you kept saying "One half inch" to describe half and inch at the early part pf the video.hence its confusing because Half an inch (1/2" or 0.5") is not the same as One half inch (1 1/2" or 1.5'')

I will use this in my classroom this year. Just wondering could you do the same with 1/4 inch? Mine always have trouble with that. also tried to post video response but would not let me...
The Ruler won't be used anymore soon )). Partometer on Android market is one of the handy tools for object dimensions measurements that can be used as a ruler or tape measure or replace them in certain situations
Teachers coming to TH-cam for information??? Why not just keep the kids out of school and put them on the internet. They'd probably learn more and be smarter.
