Imagine if most men had this level of psychological and emotional intelligence and were willing to be this direct and vulnerable with each other. Society would flourish.

I was meant to see this today, at this pivotal moment in my life, I don’t know how else to say this… You have no idea what it means for me to see, hear, and feel this. From the deepest place in my soul I thank you. And the little kid in me that was always to blame, always an outcast, he thanks you.

I can well relate to that, & say the same thing about myself, having endured prolonged multiple trauma for the most part of the sixty years of my life on this planet.
But that we can heal is not just a probability but a possibility. And I keep this process going with various techniques such as somatic release thru shaking, dancing, grounding, massage, yogasanas, pranayama etc & also vipassana meditation, prayer, faith healing etc, all of which have helped 'untie the knots within' & release a whole lot of the accumulated morbid stuff that was keeping me bogged down in darkness & depression, & even led to escapist behaviour that manifested as various forms of addiction ranging from clothes & shopping to sex & all kinds of drugs that nearly cost my life & led to serious health issues that I battle to this day, decades after I broke free from these habits/ coping mechanisms.
There is indeed light at the end of the tunnel, & with the grace of the Universal Power & sustained effort, persistent yet relaxed, one day at a time, we can indeed keep opening up to brighter horizons & greater degrees of freedom, & find the Source of happiness within ourselves, right here, right now, despite what has happened in the past!!
Wish you all the very best on your healing journey, brother!🙏🤍🙏

This is a Powerfull eye opener and healing session. Ain’t funny how the way we perceive ourselves can be sooo different than what others perceive ? I have accomplished many a great things in my life but tend to see them as failures instead of experimental for the Soul’s awareness and growth.
Feelings of loneliness, unloved, it’s never good enough… bla-bla-bla.. these mind narratives can be re-riten. Thank you for sharing your “childhood wound/program”… it is one complex one lots of us carry for waaay too long.

Thank you. Devine time. I picked up smoking again after well over a decade when my dog passed. Now 1-1/2 years later Im still doing it. You've lead me back to the deeper roots of unworthiness & unlovable self beliefs. Pre verbal CPTSD, the good and the bad, is that the healing & learning to love myself deeper is constant. Thank you. Kind of just breaking down the ego by discovering how it played its part in your life before you became concious of the space between the ego and the I am.
Admire you posting this while your ego was so vulnerable.. i could see how it could have been portrayed by admitting to Pete's direction with his talk but you stayed humble to yourself knowing who you are now and continued the interview without rebuttle.. he gave you context eventually but i appreciate your approach.. i felt it ❤

This is the usual superficial coaching dross..... pretending to be psychologically aware, but speaking from a somatic position.... thus the references to magic etc. When you are brain conscious and attuned to your nervous system this becomes all irrelevant. Because you are then in the Self, not the body as if it's the self. Deep psychology is nothing like this, this is just the cheap old NLP guff recirculating and just as useless for anything significant apart from selling courses on coaching..... Garbage, but packaged as gold. Silly little cognitive exercises that would never ever be used in a psychological setting.
