I would not recommend Kohinoor based on my experience, go for VJ Kohinoor group mostly outsource their development and do not allow customers to visit or share video updates with their customers. VJ the owner itself gets on a zoom call and shares updates. Kohinoor CRM are also more lathargic than govt babus and do not answer to queries without any escalations for months. So if you want to be sada dukhi raho then go with them.

They click pictures, videos as a proof for releasing money. Banks cannot release Money blindly. Secondly under Construction linked payment plan , builder can ask for Money on two criteria's as per payment plan. 1. On Commencement of work or 2. After Completion of certain work. For example let's say the Construction work has reached upto 3rd floor. Now builder can ask money from bank either On commencement of 3rd floor or after completion of 3rd floor. You need to check your payment plan or schedule. If it's On commencement Or On completion of a particular stage of construction. If it's On commencement of a particular floor, then Bank will release money accordingly as the payment plan is designed that way.
