Hi Kate. Thanks for a great video and an idea I can take from it to pot some spider plant from my garden into Pon. I’m not having much luck with growing them indoors, they start to look sparse and don’t put on any new leaves, so Pon just might do the trick. PS. I love hearing your son playing in the background😀
Yeah it seems to love the Pon life! I never have any luck growing them either apart from this one. Hahahah oh my gosh! He is sooooooo noisy hahaha I have to cut so much out because he's just being a truck or train in the background. But I love it :)
Here was me hoping I'd be able to get away with not repotting my new begonias 😭😹 (soooo over repotting atm). I didn't go for the Don Miller b/c I like my spots distinctive, but your one looks lovely 😊 You've got your Christmas cactus in the right spot. It will let you know when it needs a drink (skin will start to shrivel), they're one of those thrive on neglect plants 😹. There's something about lower light for a period to get them to flower, but winter should take care of that naturally.
Honestly the Begonia will be okay for a while in their pots but I just don't like the nursery mix they use for my watering habbits. Oh thanks for the info on the cactus! I really want it to bloom and hang down all pretty and stuff 😁😁
@@wildvine.plants yeah, I'm never a fan of nursery mix 😹. They'll be easy compared to the nightmare that was repotting my Thai con yesterday though, and I'll have recovered from that multi-hour debacle by the time they get here. A few littlies to get on poles and repot, and then I'm done until spring (she says knowing full well there will be things to be rescued from the Bunnings clearance table... 🤦🏻♀️). Hope your cactus blooms beautifully for you!
Hi thanks for sharing your plant tips, I got a baby rescue Staghorn fern from Mitre 10 tragically I mistook the leaf hairs for dust omg and cleaned them off 😱but I think it will recover...anyways I went searching for how to mount them and hope this link will help. They look awesome on driftwood if you can find the right piece and wait till all the salt comes out of the wood! Some people use potting mix and or spaghnum & it might depend on the fern type too. th-cam.com/video/BGQoftZVLi0/w-d-xo.html
Gorgeous new begonia! Looking forward to your latest plant tour 😊
Thanks! It will be a long one! Just need to clean the house first haha!
