*3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
*1 1/2 cups all-purppose flour
*5 tbsp brewer's yeast
*3 tbsp ground flaxseed
*1/2 tsp baking powder
*1/2 tsp baking soda
*1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
*2 sticks butter (16 tbsp)
*4 tbsp unrefined virgin coconut oil
*1 1/2 cups sugar (3/4 brown, 3/4 white)
*2 large eggs
*1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chunks
bake 10-14 mins @ 350 F
I like to make the dough balls and then put them in the freezer for a little bit before baking to make sure they stay together better!

I’ve got a white knight I adore, the variegation is incredible, I always thought, I’ve got one beautiful “white” Philo, why do I need the others? Well, looking at your princess makes me want one now too, it’s different enough for me!
