1. Decide a time slot for market analysis
2. Become a sniper to trade and a not machine gunner.
3. Market gives movement during NY and European session.
4. Have a written trading plan or have a checklist. Don't just write it, use it.
5. A clear entry, exit and risk management.
6. Have a trading journal or excel sheet.
7. Don't repeat your mistakes, journal your trades and emotions during the trade.
