The 10 point standee is meant to stand straight up in the slot next to the bridge there. It seems unstable but it holds once the lid is on.

Thx for this video it realy helped me sort out the cards, but is it me or is there no bellfaire divider for the big cards?

There are no big cards with the Bellfaire expansion. The only cards are player powers and special events.
