Interesting, other tubers stated they got over 90% efficiency, one even claiming 96%, but they did not discharge it the way you did. I'm kind of Leary about the numbers as it has a pretty large inverter, good video.
They have somehow fit 2000 watt-hours worth of battery into that tiny package. It's no surprise that it's heavy. Figure a 100ah battery in a plastic case usually weighs around 22lbs, so at least 40lbs of the 53lbs for this unit is battery. Like you said, put it on a dolly and you've got a really powerful solution, in a very small form factor, and now it's easy to move around if you need to. At the introductory price of $1,100, it's a pretty decent value, if these attributes are what you're needing.
Thank you for the review. I'm a bit surprised about the AC efficiency you got with your frig - I had just watched 2 other reviews and they got into the high 90% when testing with the AC (which blew the reviewers minds since it was so high). I wonder why there's such a discrepancy between yours and theirs.
It was because of how long his test took. There is idle consumption the whole time. If he had discharged it more quickly there would be less time for idle consumption to lower the efficiency number. A .2C discharge test would likely result in the same mid-90's efficiency others have shown.
Great review. Thanks for taking the time to make it. I wonder if cycling the fridge, say one hour and one hour off, would affect the overall temperature. Take care.
So I'm just wondering, could you theoretically use the P090D To XT60 (or P090D to mc4) cables from the Bluetti site and connect a B300 to the XT60 input on the Elite 200? On their site they show that cable being used with an AC70. I know the input would be limited by the max amps the port accepts but considering the Elite has a max voltage of 60 and the AC70 is 58. Is it possible?
Doesn't your app for the Bluetti offer two ways to connect to the unit? My AC300 asks me every time I turn the app on if I want to connect "offline" or via "Wi-Fi." I've never registered for an online account with Bluetti because I heard it was a somewhat laborious process, and because the "offline" app connection method works very well as long as I'm in range.
They just keep pumpin em out. Wonder what happened to Goal Zero? They were 1 of the top dogs back in the beginning but the Yeti is the last I've seen of them?
Is it, though? If you put two 400w, 40v VoC panels in parallel, and got 600 watts worth of output, 5 hours would give you 3kwh worth of charging. How is that "limiting" for something with a 2kwh battery?
@@Bamabrute85 - Then you ought to know better and you're just being a troll. This is a power station for powering AC loads during an outage. It's not a whole home solution and 90% of people buying this aren't going to bother charging it with solar, anyway. Do you really not grasp that? Any input above what allows you to charge in a 5-hr solar day isn't really indicated.
Try contacting Bluetti customer service about the app problems. I can guarantee you’ll get ZERO help. You couldn’t give me another one of their junk units.
I have a Jackery 1000. Never had an issue with it so I haven’t had the need to contact them. I can’t speak to Pecron. All I can tell you is that my experience with Bluetti was awful. I purchased their AC200P and it wouldn’t hold a charge. It’s a big paperweight and it took forever to get someone on the phone and when I did they didn’t speak English nor did they have a rep available that could. I also sent numerous emails and when they finally responded it was an incoherent jumbled mess of a response. Bluetti STINKS.
@@redstone5149good to know. To be honest I went down a rabbit hole and found a bunch of decent reviews and experiences with Pecron. I wound up buying a 4096wh unit for $1230 shipped For the price it was worth the shot.

Can you do direct comparison to the AC200L?

The screen looks exactly like my Ecoflow
For app problems, get a cheap iPhone (used $70 ebay, etc) or cheap Android to run either platform.

I heard Pecron was worse… some say Jackery is even worse than that
I liked that this unit will work without the app

60 volts that's a no go. I guess bluetti does the anker game as well. So stupid geez its a bluetti put a real charge controller in there.
