Within a healthy eye is a clear lens. As we become older, that lens becomes cloudy. The cloudy lens is called a Cataract. In cataract surgery, the cloudy lens is removed and replaced with a clear artificial lens implant.
At the time of Cataract Surgery, an IOL is implanted in the eye. There are many excellent lens implants out there, including the J&J Eyhance and the B&L Aspire. Both are monofocal lenses that provide excellent distance vision and can be used interchangeably. This patient has an J&J Eyhance in one eye, and the B&L Aspire in the other, and will share his experience with you.

Great bedside manners! Hope you are around when I need Cataract surgery. Thanks for the video
Excellent video! Can you do one for Eyhance Toric?
Good video. I have the eyhance in 1 eye and don’t notice any intermediate vision benefit. Thanks for the channel.
it might happen due to 2 reasons - either refractive shift towards hyperopia, central zone opacification or even decantation vs pupil, but 1st reason is the most often with any IOL of that type.
those are both "enhanced" monofocals, yes?
SO, can you expand on why you and your patient chose to do those two different lenses?
I'm left wondering the same thing.
Have you tried the Rayner Ray One EMV lens in one of your videos? Thanks for the video.
What brand phone adapter are you using?
