One thing EVERYONE should keep in mind. The supreme Court ruled that cops can only detain a person during a traffic stop for the time it takes to write the ticket for what a person was stopped for.
All those threats of calling for a drug dog is a joke. Anything found during the search will be thrown out in court if A: you have a decent lawyer and you pay attention to the full amount of time you were detained for

I'm not part of a group and have had this very same thing happen to me. It isn't just mc's this happens to its everyone. We need to come together as a people to deal with this otherwise it will never change. Don't get me twisted I know some cops that are truly good dudes and will stand for what is right but it's the bad apples that has to be dealt with. A small group of people isn't as strong as everyone and everyone can't be silenced.... Respect.

I remember reading about this....I live in Pagan country...South Jersey, right over the bridge from Philly...every Pagan I've ever met was cool as shit to me, bought me a drink...talked concrete work and music.
Sose, Back in the 1990's I was one of a large group of club members who ventured to Germany to join up with our brothers and other clubs at a large celebration being hosted by our guys in Europe. During our journey to the site we were pulled over by German Police. The Cop decided to pick out about 5 of us or so, who were more or less at the rear of a very large group.
Anyway, this Cop was determined to make his mark on us foreigners, insisting on documents for riders on hired bikes as well as test certificates for bikes which were housed in European countries. As we stopped I told my Ole Lady to call ahead to the main group to get someone to return to us who spoke German. Within 5 or 6 minutes around 1,000 members turned up, having returned to where we were .
Remarkably and to prove your point perfectly, the Cop who was approached by a member who spoke German, asked for all documents, he then turned to our guy and said something which along with his facial expression suggested to me that this was more than just a simple stop. The cop actually said ; " I want NO TROUBLE with you guys, You understand", to which our guy replied; "fair enough , all we want is to get to a club celebration", Then the Cop said; " Remember I am a member of the biggest gang in the world!".
Our guy came over to me and said play it cool, this bastard is trying to make his mark on somebody to make himself look good and Cops here often call in armed support units to back them up.
I don't honestly know if it was the patches which made him aggressive or fear because of the return of the main body of the group, I am not sure, but he literally said the words: " Remember I am a member of the biggest gang in the world!".

I will say this - There is an unwritten rule that 3 drinks is about the max an undercover officer/ agent should have. That "guidance/ recommendation/ rule" has been in place for 30+ years and is taught in all basic drug investigator courses. I would pursue Federal Tort claims against the officers and dept.
Make it personal. Go to their homes and make it right.
To use an old adage.....”United we stand. Divided we fall”. Basically if beefs between mc’s can be put aside for the common good and clubs come together, the law enforcement community doesn’t have much of a chance. The cops trapped students in an enclosed walkway & maced them from both ends. They also used an LRAD(long range acoustic device) which is a sonic cannon that puts out a frequency that instantly drops you to your knees. The military uses these as a weapon against terrorists, but never against U.S. citizens. In pgh, they used it on protesting college kids. Its not surprising that they were drunk & used excessive force against the pagans. The city will brush it under the rug like they always do.

Those undercover cops need to use proper escalation of force and when they use excessive force, those cops need to be discharged from any law enforcement entity just like a dishonorable discharge that way it can affect any future employment with all employers. When I was 17 I had a bad wreck in my cage, car caught on fire, a Diamond patched 81 pulled me out of my driver window 10 or so seconds before my car exploded, while public servants just watched. That taught me a lot about people, I love all you guys, and what you stand for. I've never met a 1%er that doesn't respect life. We all know that buss is buss, and that's none of my buss. But I have a 1%er to thank for still being alive. And I'll never forget that. Much love fellas!!

This shit is the same everywhere, the cops just ran up in my brothers house in the middle of the night, beat down the door with a battering ram and dragged him in the street and worked him over while handcuffed without a warrant and said that they got a call of someone being choked and screaming. But somehow decided it was best to park around the corner and get on their tactical gear before hand. Then refused to give their names and badge numbers and said sorry wrong house.

I think it’s time we come together and stand against the police and this corrupt system. As I said, it’s only to villainies anyone on a motorcycle or rocks a three piece patch. In the UK, parliament is talking about shutting down biker meets because of “noise complaints” or “potential noise complaints.” Internal affairs isn’t going to do anything here in this country. The cops in the U.K aren’t going to be on the side of bikers. There’s no lobbying from bikers or biker advocates. Which means, it’s up to civilians and bikers to start keeping the authority at bay.
