I've lived in this state for a long time. I know where that Clubhouse is. I've seen them riding around. I have never seen any violence come from that club or any of the other clubs in this state. I was with a club for over 15 years and they pulled me over in any state I road through and constantly tried to find things to arrest me for if they couldn't find anything they would give me some other BS tickets! The crazy thing is they knew would call me by my road name and I never wore any patch to show what it was. So one day I asked and I was told I'm on the gang task force paperwork. They don't care what club your with they just want to treat patch holders like criminals even when they aren't!!!!

A friend of mine lives in the mountains and because of fires occasionally has to evacuate. He had to evacuate a few times and has the process down pretty well. Luckily his property has never suffered any damage.
Anyway he has a huge gun collection and when he evacuates he loads up all his guns and he takes him down the hill to his business where he stores them.
If he was to get pulled over while he's evacuating it would be national news even though all the guns are legal.

Welcome to Rhode Island. The most unjust law system in the country. Guilty until you prove yourself innocent. I sat in that ACI for a year until I got bailed out and I never missed a court date in my life. That's what Bale is a promise to show up to court. I've never shown the court system that I wouldn't show up and they held me for a year. Granted I was guilty on the charge but I should have been let out on bail while I was fighting that charge. I see people plea out all the time simply because they're sick of sitting in the ACI with an insane bail

I've said the same thing sence 98 when I was involved with the club life for 18 yrs.. they busted us and were cought splicing audio tapes and all charges were found to be false so they made up pretty charges and had the guys sign off on them to get released to prevent the feds from getting charged for false arrest. Some guys were out in a few mts others were in for about a year.

There is no law that says you must follow a judge’s instructions. If you think the law is doing wrong it only takes one 1 of 12 jurors to say not guilty. Our forefathers knew laws can be corrupted & in their wisdom they set up a system where citizens can overturn unjust laws. That’s what needs to be used here.

Exactly why I'm willing to do Jury duty whenever asked. Worked with some decent judges and attorneys in my time. Have also seen both good and bad juries and prosecutors. Regular citizens have to rely on fair jurors who can see past the dog and pony shows.
“Illegal wire taps” is the only evidence. 🧐🤔. Hmmm. That tells me they were talking about illegal things on the phone. Just because the warrant they got or didn’t get may render the wire taps inadmissible doesn’t mean these guys are not guilty of committing crimes. So these guys are all likely scumbags. I agree the constitution needs to be respected and followed and if that means releasing them then so be it and they should not be held in jail but let’s not make it like these guys are law abiding responsible citizens.

They are doing this thing called an ORC bond where they purposely take you in custody on a Friday normally and book you and then tell you that you wont be arraigned and see a judge until Monday or Tuesday but they will let you out if you agree to call daily at 6am and ask if you need to submit to a drug test, not allowed to leave the state, and basically you are on probation and they keep putting it back for months or even a year before you even see a judge. They did this to a 1%er brother of mine and we let him stay here so there were no issues. They did this because he wrecked his own bike and did not hit anyone else and he died and they brought him back but decided to charge him because of what he was wearing. Its total BS. They didn't even read him his rights and that should have been thrown out just for that.
