If you are going to do a (starter) set comparison for the Xbox, I think pitching the R3 vs the Thrustmaster TX is a more interesting comparison than vs the Logitech G923 (or G29). The TX, although belt driven and much older, is a much more similar in features (detachable wheel rims) and torque output.
Hey Michel! Could you share your Pit House settings for Forza Motorsport? Or are you using one of the Pit House presets combined with the in-game Forza Motorsport settings you showed?

I am running the presets I showed in the video for the most part and they have a pretty good baseline, especially for AC, ACC and iRacing. Do you need help with any specific title? -Michel
@@OverTake_gg Does the preset includes the settings for the specific frequencies? or do we still need to fine tune those ourselves even while using presets.
I am all in with Fanatec, but I don't have anything against these other companies. My problem with them is they don't have the PS coding internally. I race and drive on PS & PC. I am not worried about Fanatec, they will pull out of their troubles. German law will save them, it will make the shareholders losers. I am not a shareholder.
Hi! I pretty much like your ingame setup shown for Forza Motorsport except of one setting I would like to mention. I experienced a lot of steering wheel oscillation especially when moving fast on strait roads with quick cars (like AMR Pro for example). Lowering the „Road Feel Scale“ from recommended 100 to a value like 50 helped a lot. What is your experience about that issue? Might that be caused by my base FFB curve setting within the Moza app? very kind regards
I have around 600 ( i can top it up to 650 if really needed) bucks and im currently thinking about Moza R5 or Fanatec 5nm wich i later upgrade it to 8nm, wich should i get? also i had an logitech G920 for almost a 1 year so im guessing both Moza and Fanatec would be a massive upgrade cause of Direct Drive and not gear driven like in logi, can someone suggest / help me wich is better for me? also i heard back in 2022 that fanatec is on top is this really true? but i heard them goin bankrupt wich concerns me a little
Hey Overtake, I know this isn’t a how to fix video but I recently bought a Moza R3 for my Xbox and for the first 2 days it was great. But today I went to boot it up and it worked fine up until I went to race. Then it would switch to pc mode automatically but switch back when I paused the game or exited the app. Any advice ???
I am PC gamer with G29, and now I want to upgrade it. I am looking for the R3 or R5 and I would like to use "normal size" wheel, Is the R5 my best option? Thank you
@@alejandro3547 you can by two mods for both R3 and R5. One mod gives you a rally wheel for about 70€ (which is closer to real ones taking about Aizen), the other one a formula wheel (that's real-size), It costs 40€.
It's a DD so it's one stap ahead logirech g 29 and 923. MOZA also developed a software that you can use to calibrate the curve of the torque and other parameters.
Ordered Mine for PC! Cant wait to try out Direct Drive... plan to plan Forza with it.. fun racing!

does the R3 work with F1 23 because it isn't listed as compatible on Moza's website and I need to know if it is.

Using xbox an moza r3 is difficult to calibrate the the pedals, since I touch a little the throttle and goes to maximum right away

Would you happen to know if the SGP works with forza etc?
I just tried ea wrc and my r3 was just going crazy back and forth anyone know how to fix or something?
Does anyone know if you have to download and use MOZA pit house if I play on console, or can I just use the app? I am not sure how to all works yet
To change your wheel settings and presets, the app works fine! If you want to update the firmware, Pit House on a Windows PC is needed. -Michel

Probably not as the wheel that comes with the r3 is the only one compatible qith xbox

I dont have a g29 but I did have a g27 for a lot of years and the force feedback is way better with the r3.

this R3 moza devise is super weird think, not recomend it
