I had the same or similar problem. I used hack64.net, but for some reason sometimes it didnt work and it also didn't work on this minecraft xdelta file. With the following patcher it worked though: www.marcrobledo.com/RomPatcher.js/ Don't forget to use USA rom version of mkds. Hope it helps you.

Because a map with many little decoration is for me a beautiful race, but for a custom track i liiiiike it!
Giga games I tried to put more decoration but the model had too many faces and the game usually crashed
