Sucks for Pruett but this was the race Montoya proved he could be a stock car driver. Having won in CART, F1, NASCAR (Xfinity and Cup), & IMSA. it's a list of very few and he is apart of it

Montoya took out his teammate to win this race. And it showed what kind of driver he was going to be. I'm glad he's not in NASCAR anymore.
Though he did clean up his act when he moved to Indycar.
