I just don't understand how You have such a small audience. It really baffles my mind, You put up videos of high-quality where you produce things with your own hands with Incredible detail, You engage with every person that post on your page. how are you not more famous?

Holy freaking crap you are under-rated on TH-cam. The production quality of every video is incredible and your personality is fun and quirky. Keep it up I hope you blow up some day soon.

If you make a belt, punch holes around the perimeter and sew all the way around. This keeps the leather from stretching over time.

I've found using bees wax to burnish your edges gives a really smooth finish. Smells nice too :D

Made a leather belt similar to this 16 years ago. I'm wearing it right now. Used neatsfoot oil on it to condition it and darken it. A good leather belt will last a very long time.

Agreed! love a solid leather belt. So nice to be able to just make them whenever/ however we want too.

    Alternate belt keeper method:
Cut the strip to exactly the right length (no overlap), stitch the ends butted together and then slip it over the open end of the belt. Same result. Different process. No glue needed.

Nice video! If I may add, I use the free pattern from Prince armory for my belts (Its under "store" and "free pattern") I just transfer them over to card stock. Works pretty well for me :D

At Tandy the manager mentioned a step that keeps the belt from cracking over time. I was hoping to see that here.

Cool video. Nice looking round knife. Can you show us an easy way to keep it sharpened. I got one used it a couple of times but couldn't get it sharp enough to do what I needed it to do.

Agreed! And when you get good with this process you can bust out a nice belt in about 30 minutes. I am wearing one now I made during a lunch break once😂
