    Different cameras for different audiences. The X-T4 is for a hybrid shooter who does both still photography and video as their normal mode of shooting. The X-Pro3, for which I'm a proud owner, is for the pure photographer with video functionality should you choose to use it similar to the Leica M10 and Q lines of cameras. As someone who's a stills photographer only, the X-Pro3 is the better of these two cameras. If I want to make videos, I'll use my Panasonic LUMIX GX9 and G9.
    Fujifilm knew what they were doing when they created the X-Pro3. They along with Leica are the only companies making cameras for pure photography.

      XPRO 3 back screen too gimmicky. Why pretend to be a film camera when it’s not. Give it a screen like the 100V it would make it more versatile for if you want to hold it high up to shoot. Needs IBIS also but otherwise It’s a great looking camera.

    • @d.idowuolutosin4250
      @d.idowuolutosin4250 3 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      @@Boatzerama I hear you but the X-Pro3 is fine the way it is and too many pseudo-photographers complain on TH-cam about everything but can't shoot their way out of a wet paper bag. The X-Pro3 is what it is as is the X100v. They're both great cameras for what they do and everything when it comes to photography is not about looks. Pentax makes great cameras but they're ugly as hell.
      That said, what's wrong with a gimmick? Especially a gimmick that doesn't stop you from making great photographs. When the X-Pro3 was first released the TH-camverse was riddled with so-called camera experts complaining in every video about the screen. Well, the Leica M-D doesn't have a screen at all but it doesn't stop it from being a Leica. I applaud Fujifilm for being bold when it comes to the overall design and ergonomics of the X-Pro3. It is by far my favourite Fujifilm camera to date.
      As a long-time Fujifilm shooter, I've owned every amateur/professional line with the exception of the X-100 series. That might change as well because I recently found a great deal on an X100v. Like all cameras, it's a tool in your kit. You can eighter use it for your needs or not.

    Went from X-T3 to X-T4 and then fell in love with X-Pro3 and so now I own both. As a hobbyist I feel guilty, but don’t want to let the X-T4 go; long/zoom lenses and IBIS after all. My wife is ready to divorce me, but what the heck 😏

    Great video.
    Watching these comparisons and reviews, I feel like the X-T4 is more of a professional camera, like it does everything well, reliably.
    Whereas the XPro3 is more of an enthusiast, a hobbyist's camera. It's more about the joy of photography itself rather than having a multiuse ''tool'' to do your job like the XT4.
    I think I'm gonna go with the XPro for that reason (I also don't shoot video at all)

    • @babyboy1971
      @babyboy1971 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I disagree. The XPRO is made in Japan, to extremely high specs, designed for professionals. They can both be used professionally but the XPRO is clearly aimed at serious pros.

    Great comparison! I feel like the X-Pro 3 would be a more emotional choice, whereas the X-T4 is the practical choice.
    Question: Can you save white balance shifts on both cameras? I own an X-T2 and one of the annoying things is saving custom film simulations doesnt allow me to save multiple white balance shift configurations.

    I can't see much point to the xpro 3. It's called pro but no grip and no IBIS? It is beautifully made though and I am a BIG sucker for beautiful engineering and would love to own one simply for that reason. It might just be the most beautiful camera today IMO only of course. Now, the GFX 50r. Wow! wouldn't that be nice.

    After falling in love with the X100V, I’m seriously considering trading in my XT3 for an XPRO 3. I shoot portraits and headshots professionally. Do you think I’d be losing anything going from the XT3 to the XPRO 3?

    • @Chazyfizzlez
