🙏Yes! Seaweed is vegan, as it's simply a category of sea vegetables. There are no animal by-products involved in seaweed production. Seaweed also tends to be beneficial for vegans due to the iodine and other nutrient levels.

The food looks delicious! Being a vegetarian this was really helpful, however just wondering that there's no direct meat, seafood or poultry in these dishes but do those things still include non veg like eggs in batter for pancake or chicken broth instead of vegetable broth for soup etc or its completely vegetarian like how we get vegetarian food in India? 😅

Just a reminder that..kimchi is not vegetarian in Korea….there is normally shrimp it fish oil or sigh sauce in it …so please do ask the owner if their kimchi contains these things or no before hand!🙌🙌

Mrs. Kim the way u made Bibi guksu in video can u show recepie for this as well.. coz in this i feel that egg is not there and looks very simple so would appreciate if u can share the vegetarians recipe coz online i checked they all put eggs or soya sauce etc. But didn't find anything vegetarian recipes.. i cannot eat soya sauce or too much of salt of eggs coz of my health condition.. but i really lov to make new dishes, that's y ordered rice noodles & seaweed from online 😛😛😛
