Dimash was threatened with a lawsuit for singing this Vita song. He told them to contact the producers of the Singer who approved his performance. Vista's people backed down. And Dimash, the gentlemen agreed to never perform Opera 2 again so as too cause no more problems. So we will never hear Dimash sing this again.

Chin Aubrey Vita didn't like being upstaged by a 22 year old kid. Instead of praising Dimash's talent he threatened him. Turned me off Vista's character.

Jean Dullin ...fully agree...just compare this drunkard Vitas with Tenggir's (this year singer). Both Angela and Hua Hua sang his Heaven before, he not only smilingly nod but praise them for doing an entirely new and modern version.

❤️❤️❤️ Holy cow! This is, hands down, my favorite reaction to a Dimash performance ever! There are a number of vocal coaches and analysts that give off the impression of being a bit snooty (snobbish) when they are analyzing Dimash. It appears to some of us that they aren’t actually enjoying the performance or they can be hyper-critical of the smallest little details and harp on that incessantly! It was sheer joy for me to watch you being a fan and not just an analyst! You have the most endearing way of teaching us while still reacting in a way that so many of s do. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
The Russian singer, Vitas, first popularized this song and he modulated up once. As you saw through your amazement, Dimash modulated 4 times! The gentleman that does the fist pump at the end of Dimash’s performance is his dad...he is also a professional singer in Kazakhstan, as is Dimash’s mom.

Vitas was the original singer of "Opera 2", and modulated once. Dimash effortlessly took it higher modulating an amazing three times.
Currently his range (so far from a multitude of his live international performances) is six octaves from F2 to a sustained D8.

It is called Opera 2 because the original artist (Vitas) also had a song called Opera 1 before recording this. I love Vitas' version but Dimash takes it to another level (or should I say two).
Now coach how about the show must go on next. Dimash did say in one of his interviews that if you open his heart and mind you will find music or words to that effect. You just made the start of my day fantastic with this reaction, thank you so much.

You're probably right he is good @ live spot on. Pitch perfect, he got encompassing 5 octaves, and 9 semitones. His range reaches the bottom notes of the baritone register, all the way through to the highest soprano notes, and on to the whistle register.
If you take his lower note C2 and the highest note D8, then the entire range is 6 octaves and one note. С2 You can hear in one of the performances of the song «Кірмеші жие түсіме»
Yeah probably 6 octaves, but officially he got 5 octaves which is credited by most of musicians around the world
By the way his official lowest register was F2 up to D8 his highest

Here’s a dimash performance in China that I bet nobody has watched or seen or reacted to unless you read Chinese. It’s hard for his American or Uk fans to access because the title is in Chines, but I figured it out and now you can watch the best Dimash performance ever. I’ve watched over 50 Dimash performances and I can tell you that this ranks ( with me) as his best. The outpouring of emotions is beyond amazing-not from this earth, not from this planet, not from this galaxy.. but somewhere celestial where the angels reside.

You mention getting music notes instead of blood out of Dimash - - he himself said - If you look in my brain you will find music, if you look in my heart you will find music. He never thought of doing anything else with his life then sing - since he was 4-5.....that's a lot of determination, an at a time when kids usually change their minds on what they want to do when they grow up many, any times!!
