Really cant stress enough just how good your race videos are.
I came from baja then autocross before i found the king of absurd racing.
    Race mowers.
    No suspension.
    Limited quality tires.
    NLMRA rules.
Looking at your green kart learning tool is a great example for front end geometry.
People dont realize what suspension does for you till you take it away.

Welcome to the new world way of thinking. Binge watching this series, This is the ONE most important lesson any designer can watch. Love the series. Great content. But to expect today's youth to follow this one basic rule is "P...ing into the wind" Instant gratification and win at all costs has ruined basic logic of what is the true importance. Live today, Race tomorrow. Smitty, My hat is off to you and the people that assembled this series. Found this channel in a obscure search about chassis design. Somehow ether the search words or lack there of, nobody is getting the recommendation to watch this. So much basic information here. Find a way to get it higher on the search results. This is way to good to let it degenerate on TH-cam.

HTHC same tbh, I’d like to get into UCI for mechanical engineering, and eventually build a car from scratch, so I had to binge watch this all. I’m obsessed. I can wait to apply all of these points to my own creations. Also, the points made in these videos have opened my eyes to potential innovations in automotive manufacturing which I intend to make designs for. What a wonderful way of teaching, the internet is truly an amazing source of knowledge!

I don't make any claims about the effects of modern culture on the training of new engineers, but I also found this series after searching for information on chassis design.

Yep, sorry Colin. The car is only allowed to disintegrate AFTER completing the victory lap and AFTER the driver gets out safely.
