It's cool, but I keep getting games recommended to me and people keep changing what they want to play. It's difficult to keep up

I love how this game really puts you in the influencer mindset. When your friend dies your first thought is just “QUICK GET THE CAMERA”
This game really makes you FEEL like an influencer
The best thing is that even when you yourself are about to die in a horrific way your first thought is still "Someone better be recording this"
I love the genre of games that is just "4 idiots team up and die"

Too bad it doesn't work half the time
I love the 'horror movie's first act' vibe that these games tap into, the enthusiastic "lets get filming!" then the sarcastic "oH nO, It'S gOt mE, SoMEoNe HeLp" followed by a bloodcurdling scream that roughly translates to "OH MY GOD WHAT IS THAT!? RUN! [****]ING RUN!!" and now all the recently dead get to watch the second and third act in real time. After the departure the cast all sits and watches the final "Blair Witch" cut and we all get to watch it like it's a director's commentary.
i know !! this game has done something the rest havent where u get to experience being the found footage and then watching what footage would be found and i really love that.

And by stupid I mean everyone screaming their heads off in horror knowing that one of your friends have used the majority of the film on the surface and barely has any left for the Old World
And if you're really lucky, they'll waste the film on tasing their own teammates. 😂

Restating the entirety of the walter white confession while being mauled by a snail (named Hank Schrader) is an absolute power move.

I really applaud them managing to fail the first three days three times in a row.
This is probably the first game that makes emotes an actual game mechanic important to gameplay. Like doing emotes literally helps you progress. And the great thing about emotes is that they are semipermanent as you will never lose them until your run ends.

News for in case you play again in the future you can recover the cameras and the videos that you've lost because people died and often they will be more valuable because the person died while recording

Man this game is something. I’m such a wuss in horror, and I easily get scared. However, playing this game makes me have fun while being scared, something that I never experienced before.
Idk if it’s meant to sound like it but the name of the game makes me think of like a deep ad voice talking to me like “THIS JUST IN. Content has been spotted over the horizon, I repeat content has been spotted. CONTENT IMMINENT, WARNING WARNING!”
RT knowing Walter's entire monologue from memory alone while being viciously murdered by a snail man is one of the best moments so far
My guy did the entire duologue only for the first 5 seconds to be seen

The vibe is similar, not so much the mechanics
The gameplay isn’t the point its the silly antics
Yeah, Lethal Company has a very clear goal compared to this. This feels more like it's just trying to be a medium to goof off with your friends in, which can be funny at first, but feels like it would get old with nothing else to offer.
i think the fact it's a lobby with 4 people where you have a safe area, then go somewhere dangerous with monsters... but I don't know if this game like... has a skill curve

This is probably my favorite of all the group games, I'm still humming with laughter, this was hilarious, and the atmosphere of the game is so cool!
