- A man from Hyderabad has become the first dwarf person in the country to be awarded with a driving license. Gattipally Shivpal is about 3 feet tall and a resident of Kukatpally.

Congrats bro,India would be proud of you. I think Govt of India should give him an award so that no disabled man would be abused like Shivpal . Also all credit to the man who helped Shivpal to design a customized car hope he gets more oppourtunities in both Indian and foreign automobile companies to design vehicles for the disabled . Hope the desires of both individuals be met one day, my all prayers for their success .
