I lost over 30kg over the span of 2 years and all i did were simply 2 things, watch my calorie intake as you said and walk. i walk an hr to 2hrs 5 times a weeks and i burned on average 1.5 to 2kg per month. Slow and steady wins the race.

I like to play like franchises in full but alongside another franchise like going one game from another series then one from the other. Makes things feel more fresh. However with Halo currently been doing just them all one after the other and it’s been great.

I started taking video game collecting seriously during the pandemic and have amassed almost 1,000 games. I mainly collect games for Sony consoles and Nintendo switch.
I collect games at a way faster rate than I actually play. I probably played 1/4 of my games.
Do you have any tips on how to get into the mindset of actually sitting down and playing through the games and maintaining it?

Unfortunately there are too many games worth playing but not enough free time in the day to play them due to life getting in the way, the only way you can go through your catalogue faster is if you do gaming full time as a job or are unemployed.
