Right on point. To me it is about them having nothing to lose. I was broke before but i still had a lot to lose so i governed myself accordingly. Always listen to a persons speech to lear. If they have something to lose. Stay away from people who have nothing to lose. Sleeping with a rattle snake in your house is safer.
6:25 This right here is what led to the end of my friendship with my former best friend from college. He was overweight, broke, lacked ambition and was slowly turning into an Incel that hated women. He would talk chit, or get super jealous of any woman I was dating because he had never been with an attractive woman. It was draining being around him, and I realized if I wanted to continue to date high quality woman we would have to separate.
Thank you Uncle Rom for these Money Matters videos. For the past week I have been watching them and they are truly beneficial to my life. I appreciate you greatly. May you stay healthy and blessed.
Just as long as we don't exchange money. We know we aren't giving each other any money. We are friends. But as long as I have money in some situations, I'm not broke. Based on the people I "hang with," their spending, working, and buying habits vary. So I guess my money management is all over the place if it's based on the people I hang with. Our difference fits us in with each other.
I can't be around people that lack ambition.
Tony Robins said, "If you hang around, five broke people you will be the sixth."
Good point fam. You better off going solo than letting broke energy rub off on you.
Facts. When I cut off my broke friends, my life changed 100%.

I agree. To me this talking point extends beyond just finances. I myself try to stay away from people with a scarcity mindset.
💯
And that's Rom whole point, not just POCKET BROKE, but a broke spirit and poor, slavery mentality. Avoid ALL them clowns.
It vexes my spirit to listen to someone for too long that doesn't have a wealth or abundance mindset. I have to end the conversation.
UNC when I was coming up and keeping it real that was the worst thing I could hear but with the game I got today I say AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
That’s right! I’m afraid of being around broke people because I could be next. Let’s go make that money, Uncle Rom!
That’s right unc! I got my money together listening to your channel.

Great video
I’ve had to check and unfriend non ambitious individuals. Gotta “trim the fat” as I call it.
It’s that conscience, that’s why self-respect is important and I relate to that. Time to level up.🫡🧠🔥🚀
