    That's the target. Break that world record.
    Just a training idea. Take any very good male 800 metre runner that can easily run 1:53. Train with them. Follow them closely around both laps. Well, that's what I would do. Use a guy who can run 1:53 and try to keep up. It'll be tough, but eventually, after lots of practice and attempts, the world record will fall in training, probably as low as 1:52. Then repeat the tactic/process in big races. At that pace, you'll tear away from the pack and be out there against the clock very early in the race. Then it's Max Bergin style, run Forest, run!

    But what Keely did not tell you that 99.99% of us out here will never have her twitch muscle reaction time and endurance strength to give her that amazing cadence she demonstrates over the entire 800 meters.

      Pretty much 😂. They never tell you this as that would mean they can't sell you all the merchandise and supplements. Hodgkinson also won't tell them she's using serious performance enhancers and archives those times on a artificial running track with the best type of running shoes for that said artificial running track. I can also guarantee she's not that good a runner on natural surfaces ie the great outdoors in the elements,, none of them are. I've always said stick Mo Farah in my running routes, with no aid ie performance enhancing d r u g s ,, and id blow him away. In fact he can take his supplement enhancers and I'd still beat him.

    200 reps * 3??? in one speed session??? Thank you but no thank you.

      @thejeffinvade It's this; 200, 60 sec rest 200, 5 minute rest and 2 more sets of 200, 5 min rest between sets, 60 sec between reps. You can do it at your 800 goal or what you can do the 800 in now, grt workout from Keely.

      Two things.. running shoes designed for that track,, and D.R.U.G.S. check her physique from 18 to 22... Big giveaway.
