Lovely!❤ Do you make the custom pressons for sale? If you do, how do you take measurements of clients nails without meeting them physically or sending a measuring kit? 😩
Thanks I have a question when we have a gel color as a base for french how we can prevent chrome powder to stick to the base part? How we can have a very clean and perfect chrome on french? Wipe off before draw a french? Thanks❤
@@miatanails It's a off name brand I gotten from my nail supply store, I can't even find it when I look it up but it's super shiny non-yellow no wipe top coat
Hi hi I was going to ask this, so this means that chrome doesn’t last cause I have had 2 of my clients complain about their chrome chipping off after 1 weeks
@@rachaeljoseph3460 It last you just need to find the right products to hold it into place. I recently just tried sealing the chrome powder in with a light coat of builder gel and two coats of top coat and when I say the designs are still in tack 3 weeks later with minimal chipping I’m obsessed 😍
I am confused. So, you did base coat, then 2 coats of color, then you wipe off residue, then you use a black gel color for tips...cure....then add chrome? Thank you!
How do u keep your chrome from looking grainy or glittery when applying directly on the black after curing? I notice this method works the "easiest" but gives the glittery look instead of the metallic look I'm going for. The only thing that seems to work for me for a super metallic look is also relining the black tip with top coat, then do the chrome, then cure for a final top coat 😩...which is a lot of work.
You have to cure the layer before the chrome for half the suggested time. So if full cure is 60 seconds do 30 then apply the chrome with light pressure to get the mirror effect
Chrome kills me. What kind of black gel do you use? Also, do you go overtop your black with top coat. I think I’m using the wrong products. And where did you get your chrome from? Does it matter?
How do you prevent the chrome from getting in the clear top coat? When I’m done applying the chrome and try to finish with my top coat there is little speks of glitter that ends up getting in the top coat
On the video it says to cure the black polish for 90secs & then add chrome on top. Once finished applying chrome, add your top coat then cure for 60sec. If you don’t cure the black before adding chrome it will mess up. Hope that helps!!
I do my own nails . And I watch you to help me get better an learn new things . love your channel !
Omg thank you sm!! 💕
Ive got my first chrome client who sent me the same nails but in gold. Looks easy thanks for the tutorial
i do my own nails, and i make press on's as well. i wanted to make some chrome nail sets and came across your channel. this video was so helpful! ❤

I do my own nails, but I'm practicing on other people currently. I want to try this one with a bling nail for my friend.

I love these 😍
Also, do you remove the tacky layer of the black gel polish before you apply the chrome?
Nope! The tacky layer is what helps the chrome “stick” & thank you 😘😘😘
Hey girl hey 👋🏾 What type of gel polish do you use?
Thankyou sm. I do my own nails for now but I’m trying to start on clients but I wanna make me a chrome set so I’ve been watching
Just found ur page and OBSESSED!!! What brush do you use for French? My stripe brush always frays but it’s cheap
Mine is pretty cheap too. I got it from Amazon 💕
Thank you because it’s so confusing. Everybody has their different ways. How do you add a 3-D swirls on it?
Stunning!💜
Did you use base coat at all before applying the black nail polish or is it's not necessary?
Are u going to put top coast on the French tips before you apply the chrome??? Pls tell me
No, top coat after the chrome. The chrome sticks to the French tip part 🫶 hope that helps
@@miatanailsdont u cure 20-30sek before applying the Chrome
Love your videos! I can't draw or anything.. Will I struggle with nail art?
Girl I am in no way shape or form a drawer lmao I can’t draw to save my life. So no, you will not struggle. I had to just keep practicing.
Love your works 😍 how do you get the gel to be tacky for the chrome? 😦
Cure it 💕
Please did you cure the chrome before applying the top coat
No. You don’t have to cure the chrome. Just apply the top coat right on top of the chrome. Thinking of doing more in depth tutorial💕
@@miatanails thank you😊
What black polish did you use?? Is it a non- wipe polish???
It’s valentino beauty pure black gel polish
You didn’t too coat the black before applying the chrome? What chrome you use
Nope. Top coat after the chrome
I get mine from Amazon
How long does your chrome tips last? I did a chrome French tip set on my client and I put two coats of top coat and it was chipping fast
Typically last minimum 2wks. What top coat are you using ?

Hi sis so you cure after the black then apply the chrome? Sorry i couldn’t hear
Yep that's how it works! It needs to be a no-wipe product
I am confused. So, you did base coat, then 2 coats of color, then you wipe off residue, then you use a black gel color for tips...cure....then add chrome? Thank you!
Hey, did this work for you?
Do you cure after you apply the chrome powder or do you go ahead and just add the top coat?
Add top coat 💕
So if ii used gel as the base of the nail, how do I do chrome

Do you cure the black before putting chrome?
Yes, 45-90 sec. Full in-depth tutorial coming next week💕
Chrome kills me. What kind of black gel do you use? Also, do you go overtop your black with top coat. I think I’m using the wrong products. And where did you get your chrome from? Does it matter?
I use black gel polish by Valentino beauty pure (not sponsored) lol. And I got my chrome from Amazon. Let me see if I can find the direct link
No need to top coat the black. Cute the black 45-90 secs and buff the chrome powder into the black. Then top with non-wipe gel top coat
How do you prevent the chrome from getting in the clear top coat? When I’m done applying the chrome and try to finish with my top coat there is little speks of glitter that ends up getting in the top coat
You can’t 😭😭
use more product so the brush isnt touching it directly! i also have a specific top coat for chrome and glitter
I use a flat nail art brush. I drop a bead the top coat onto the flat brush and apply the top coat to the nails.
Please, how do you clean excess chrome gel on unwanted areas
Doing a more in depth video on this next week!
My chrome transfer into my gel polish. Do you think it’s cheap? What am I doing wrong
No. Not cheap. Chrome is pretty cheap normally anyways. Try brushing away the excess before top coating
Did you cure her nails after you did the black French ?
Yess
I do this but ion know what I’m doing wrong my chrome always chips off from the sides
Hi! I’m going to post a more detailed chrome video very soon!! 💖
Can I use black as the base French for any chrome color?
You can use white too.
omg im gonna try this rn i just got a rainbow chrome
When I always apply chrome and then applying topcoat it's spreads evsrywhere
I plan on making a detailed chrome video very soon 😩💖
How long to you cure before doing chrome
2 min💖
How comes the chrome doesn’t mark the base coat?
I’m still learning but I’m pretty sure it’s because chrome only sticks to tacky layers like gel or top coat
But what about if you’re using a gel base color ? I’ve been having trouble with the chrome getting stuck on the areas I don’t want it
This is my exact problem
Use the matte top coat on the gel base color
If you apply a top coat to your base layer and wipe the tacky layer off with alcohol, the chrome won’t stick
Please was it silver glitter you used?
Silver chrome powder 💕
Is black nail polish permanent?
what nail art brush do you use 😍
Hey! I just google nail art brushes on Amazon. For like $5
How long u cure for u ain say
Do you need chrome base or not?
What do you mean by chrome base?
So it that gel polish or gel paint?
The black is a gel polish. Any brand would work fine 💕
