Did you apply top coat on the black polish before doing chrome?

The black polish needs to have a tacky layer, once you polish with the black and you cure it apply your chrome directly to the black polish, then the top coat. 16:26

When I do these nails I get the chrome glitter literally everywhere once I start top coating... It gets on the nude and everywhere else. Does this happen to you? If not, how do you prevent this?

Use acetone to remove it

just apply matte top on the surface that you don't want to put glitter on. matte top won't get glitter
