February is a big sowing month for me. Malaga Radish is my favorite radish; they are purple, have a mild flavor, and taste great roasted int the oven with a little olive oil drizzled on them. I also sow seeds for bunching onions, bulbing onions, carrots, golden beetroot, snow peas, shelling peas, Swiss chard, mustard, chives, and parsley. I already have seed starts, and seeds germinating for peppers and tomatoes. Alabama zone 7B
I've only just begun. In a few days, I'll start up-potting over 100 tomato plants, then about 75 pepper plants, and I have another 100, give or take, germinating. When I have more room under my grow lights, I need to sow another batch of Creole White Onions, basil, dill, Fordhook Swiss Chard, Giant Red Mustard, and Tokyo Bekana Mustard. It is still winter, and I'm already working on my garden. Alabama zone 7B
Best of luck! It's super exciting when those first seedlings appear! Don't be disheartened if it doesn't work out, you've got the whole growing season to try again! 😊 🌱
From what Google's tells me we're in Zone 9. To be honest the winters rarely get cold here but we seem to get short, sharp cold snaps where the weather drops to -7°C (19°F) for just a day or two.
Very helpful thanks Luke!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed! 😊
Love the potting table! I’ve not seen one with drawers before, that would be so handy!

What zone are you in?

I've overwintered rocket bolting now. Really bloody annoying.
To be honest when I grew Rocket in the summer, I might as well have just grown a flower 🌻 😂
@@WiltshireVeggies I love rocket flowers, I put them in my salads!
