Usually set up appointments through Facebook messages normally just do full builds due to having to transport vehicles it dosnt seem to cost effective to transport a car just to replace a pair if cylinders or a dump if that makes sense, I'm not against doing that I do have some guys that will drive from Georga to have small things worked on. As far as scheduling I am booked up for the next 2 months
Gave a initial price for work that was going to be done then just came up with a price for the extra work and talked to the customer before starting the extras to make sure he was ok with the price

All depends on what all you want to do builds usually start at 6k and go from there
