Awesome review. I was hesitant for a while to order my 130x due to all the negative comments on forums regarding the tail vibrations. I decided to call Horizon Hobby and talk to them which their feed back is similar to your review and oredered it. Watching this review today makes me feel more comfident that I made the right decision. I already have 6 Turnigy 450 mah 65C Constant/130C Burst. Which I will report back to see how they perform. No bling for me Thank you for the review very helpful.
i would recommend the align trex 450 plus kit it comes with everything you need to fly , heli ,transmitter,a battery and charger. if your good with a fixed pitch its time for a cylic pitch heli
Thanks for the info. I just started out and will make this my 2nd heli. I have the Blade 120 sr and it's fun but I'm ready to upgrade. Thanks for the info! I will be following you in the future.
Im using a spectrum dx8 transmitter only version. Im only using the blade model helicopters only because of the store is close bye and spare parts are easy to get. So with that being said would you recommend the cmpx2 or the nano ?
Hey ive beeb flying rc helicopters for about a year..fix pitch , im ready to start flying collective pitch heli. Which would you recommend as a starter heli ? a blade nano cpx or 130x ?
then add the second rudder pusharm support bracket (stops the excessive flex, which is caused by that skinny rod flexing and causing the rudder blades to constantly loose track, the gyro then trys to compensate, making it worse).
The torque tube works sometimes, it is a big call to say that a long thin wire with only a small bearing either side will work, this is an exciting heli but expect some problems, out of the box it's great for 100-200 flights
thanks Ray buddy i tell you i value your opinion your vid just now made up my mind my next heli purchase will be the blade 130x and i tell ya bro i have to many helis 11 in total going from cheap wl toys to esky belt cpx blade 400 3d all the way up to align trex 450 pro i need a good gym flyer i thought align trex 259 but dang to much with satellite receiver and charger im so buying the blade 130x again thanks Ray love the vids
Great video but one thing the blade grips is a weak point the ball on the blade grips breaks off in a bad crash. The aluminum grips doesn't bend. Lol I have hit my house and didnt bend my grips but did break the stock grips in grass. Lynx grips are great and strong. Be blessed
Help me please!!!! I have a blade 130x that has been upgraded I'm not sure what upgrade it has but my issue is I can not get it to lift off the ground. All it does is tilt to one side and it wants to roll over. I have 3 other helicopters that are 450s and they do the same thing. It's frustrating Does anybody know what's going on?
Nice video but a couple of thing I fly 450,250,500 and I own a 130x and I agree with you some what on your video you don't have to bling this heli out to get it to fly good but if you were around in July when these first came out yes you would have had to do a lot of upgrades to get it flying right. I don't like the comment that HH says problems people are having with this are people that don't know what they are doing are coming from coax or MCPX I know a lot of people that are good pilots

Like the vid, just curious as to why you have two of the pushrod supports on.
Such an awesome , sincere and rational advice , than you
well the nano is more for in doors and the mcpx is more for outside so it depends on what you want to do with it

you modded the tail servo link with the extra holder.

the 130x is cheaper and quicker to fix and can do all the same stunts.but the 250 trex is a better heli by far
would you reccement this ore a trex 250 i can get a 250flybar for 280 euros with lipo and gyro
