Getting a head start by beginning early is the most effective way to build wealth, with investment taking precedence. I've learned from last year's experience that starting early allowed me to create a better life through early investments this time around.
I always consult a financial advisor before investing. During the pandemic, I used their strategies to minimise risks and maximize profits, generating around $3 million in three years with my advisor, Jenny Pamogas Canaya.

Shouldn't the returns be 1200%, instead of 800%, on a downpayment of 125K for 20 years if the value of house now is 1.5M $

quick one's- which city u from and what's ur net worth after how many years of struggle?
Thanks for making this video, Darren. Q...Is it possible to be cash flow positive or even break even with only 20% down? I have looked at several cities/towns and to break even you need to put at least 40% or plus. Your thoughts?
Depends on the kind of property. Single family I would say it's getting harder and harder. That's why I don't buy anything that doesn't have the option to add multiple units.
I’ve seen people do it with even $0 down payment and still have cash flow. Single homes are not the best option
Many want to invest but most don’t even have the funds. People don’t understand it’s not hard to buy and I’ve been working with many investors and seen how they are buying none stop.
There are many great strategies you can use if you're low on cash. You just have to know which ones and focus on them. Having money is not a prerequisite to be an investor in real estate... if you know what you're doing.
I would love a mentor. I know nothing of this field but I want to learn. I don’t have thousands saved back nor do I know where to start with connections. I’ve been YouTubing and that’s it and still feel like I’m not smart enough.
