I love the look of the Satin finish and do wish they were worth more. We will be looking through pennies tonight so hoping we get something as nice as these 2007s.
I always check every coin. I know I've got several 2007s. Dont have and satin pennies as of yet, but always looking. that's crazy how one can be so much more than others. and still have half gallon jug full of pennies that need looked at. I also keep the shiny ones separate in a coin grade container.
I recently started watching your videos, I've watched several & although they are good, you're videos are very informative as well as educational. I now have to add the 2007 penny to my list of many. Thank you JB, awesome videos! 👏👏👏
I have been going through pennies little by little for the last week or so. I love learning about special finishes and I especially like learning about the coins without errors that are still worth money. I will be definitely be looking closely at my 2007 pennies now.

I have a huge collection of pennies and have several 2007 pennies. And always on the lookout for all unique pennys.
Never gave much thought to 07 pennies but I have a ton to look through as I have been saving all pennies since about 2001, wish me luck!!
I never would of thought that modern pennies like these satin ones could be worth anything’s I will be looking out for these. U guys provide so much info and I love it! I’m always looking at my change now!

As I have said many times, because of YOUR channel, I look at EVERY coin I get in my hands. I look for exceptional strikes on newer coins and errors on EVERY coin. Thanks for making me do stuff. LOL

I'm glad I ran into this video I j put a 2007 penny away because it looks almost perfect plus had that that beautiful rainbow type finish almost as if it's got 3 diff colors to it if u look at it close enough.

Thank You! I found your channel on accident and glad I did. I found a 2007 no mint very red obverse but the front of rim is silver. The obverse is rainbow color but rim is copper. The rim has no damage. It's probably nothing but I thought you would find it interesting.

What’s the point in minting these pennies in satin finish if they don’t increase the value? Will definitely be looking for those beautiful business mint pennies. I love the different finishes. I have so many pennies in nearly every year since the 70's, including the 2007's...I need to get all the best ones out, grade them, and sell them. G&P needs coin...

Happy birthday to mrs B hope you get spoiled. 2007 pennies not sure about, I had no clue about the colour in 2007, I kinda knew the proof would not be worth much. I would just ask you guys to be honest. Rather than guessing.
I always thought newer coins weren't as desired as the old coins it's very interesting and I will have to check the car ashtrays for satins - my kids think I'm a little cra... Now 🙂 🤓

All of them are interesting but I prefer the regular S proof issues over the satin finish because I would have a difficult time distinguishing between a satin finish proof and a regular business strike in high grade. Thanks for sharing J&B. See ya in the next video.
I frankly don't collect pennies, so i didn't think to do any research on satin pennies from 2007. but i think they should be worth more.

I have several 2007 Unc Sets and I will search for high grade 1cs as well as with the other coins. I will also be searching through my Unc Sets from 2005-2010 as well.

I have a hard time finding 2007 P pennies but the example you showed today was beautiful. Im still learning the different colors of copper but the red copper rainbows very nicely I'm noticing. And can someone explain to me how this 1965 Kennedy JB sent to me has 40% silver? Didn't all the silver stop in 1964? Satin finishes, proofs, business strikes, if I find a cent that is exceptional I keep it. Then the varieties and errors. A great video, funny that to learn some values for some of the coins of the year and grade go through the roof, while it seems like other years with the same grades not so much.
Great video on the 2007 pennies. I look forward to searching coins again. Pennies boxes will probably be the first for me to search through.

I'm surprised the SMS for the satin finish didn't go for more than that. Maybe if they did them in a different finish they would have sold for more $$. But I will definitely be looking for the business strike 2007 pennies in my change. Maybe find some uncirculated rolls to find the better grades. Thanks for the info. Always helpful.

As long as these 2007 satin finish pennies are affordable, i think i will pick one up. the denver one, of course, the philadelphia one is expensive for me.

For a new collector thanks for the advice. Typically you would think only older coins are collectible. The ones with a nice finish sure do catch your eye and look great though.
I guess I need to see an MS68 coin in person to know the difference from an MS67. We have a small coin shop out here in the boonies but I haven't stopped in yet. Just started looking through saved coins that I was going to deposit in the bank.
I really like the satin finish on those pennies. I have a lot of pennies to go through to see if there is anything worth keeping. I’d love to add a 2007 satin finish to the collection. Beautiful coin!

I am shocked to learn that most of the 2007 pennies are not getting a high premium especially with a High grade. The satin finish is a beauty. I do have a few but should I really hold on to them?
Ok, I'm gonna look for my 2007 pennies. I do have some saved from 2007. It would be nice to find something in ms 68 red. My last box of searched pennies were really yucky from the copper, zinc combo that does not hold up.. We all keep hoping of finding a lottery coin, lol.
This is actually the first time I've heard of satin finish coins so I didn't know what to expect, but like you have said many times about proof coins so it doesn't surprise me.

How can a layman like myself tell the difference between finishes?
I have several pennys from the 70s and 80s. Some look like theyre "hot off the press" while others are rugged looking with a very different look.

Looks like the high grade business strikes of the 2007 are the ones to look for.
I always look at each penny under a microscope for any doubling or weird stuff I set it aside. I have quite a few 2007 pennies in red. I'll have to see if any of them are satin. Great info!
Well J, I like the satin finish, but I am not a fan of zincs . I rarely pay attention to them. Disappointed in the graded realized 2007 cents.

I have on 2007p Penny red and in pretty good condition. The only thing it's missing is a high luster.

I think the mint should produce the satin finish Penny's in a limited set in order to increase there value to collectors.
