What I really liked is how "evolved" his gimmick to the point of greatness. He stuck to the same gimmick, but he continued to push it to the next level that people don't get sick of it.

For me it was his return in SummerSlam 94, the number one clip, following on his defeat in the casket match against Yokozuna, when he was levitating to the sky. Read somewhere it was Marty Janetti who acted as the ascending 'Taker. He needed to fix a back injury, but true to his character he was not taking official tube out. He directed it so it would fit the character. That's a true professional, and the reason that his career was so long and respected.
I love how he always gets the most cheer no matter what. It could be a championship match between Batista and Cena and then everything turns dark and you hear that music and you pay no attention to the fight anymore

The most intimidating entrance of all time. The druids, the gong, the smoke, the pyro, the slow walk, then raising his arms up to turn the lights on. Sends chills up my spine every time.

I was there for his entrance at Wrestlemania 29 against Punk. Seeing that live was AMAZING! I still get chills thinking about it.
His WM 23 entrance is epic. It felt as if he was emerging from an alternate dimension.
Number 1 is probably one of the best entrances ever. I mean, even with shows other than wrestling.....The lights were perfect, the music, the setup, and of course the dark purple silhouette. Good luck to anyone trying to replicate that.

Back in the days of WWF when I seen the Dead Man's entrance with the hearse and Paul Bearer, I was hooked. This man is a legend that will never be duplicated. Today's wrestlers don't light a flame compared to the Undertaker. An experience of a lifetime. Thanks Undertaker.

At 6:15, the best entrance ever! WM 23 gives it a good, hard challenge, but cant beat this one. That black silhouette is just unbeatable, and McMahons "ooooh my goodness" is just icing on the cake.

Yes SS94 entrance is absolutely my best for nostalgic reasons, people have to experience that entrance in its time to understand that feeling.

+Maher Taker Summerslam 94 was his best entrance and it followed an even spookier exit at Royal Rumble after his Casket Match with Yokozuna. Can't beat the old school stuff but I'm just biased coz thats what I grew up with.

Wrestlemania 9 may be considered a dud in terms of being a pay-per-view but that entrance by Undertaker with the vulture. They know who their true master is, and it's not Bray Wyatt. Let's not forget Summer Slam 94' one of my earliest memories of pro wrestling. WWE won't be the same without him when he permanently retires.

Summer Slam 1994 was the first PPV I ever watched (I watched it with my two older cousins) and that intro still gives me chills. I always loved him and Paul Bearer together, they had such a great dynamic.

Undertaker's Wrestlemania 15 entrance should be included in this, it was the first time he used the Ministry of Darkness theme and had the awesome voice over before he came out saying "Accept the Lord of Darkness as your saviour! Allow the purity of evil to guide you!" also, his entrance attire was awesome.

Man he was always my favorite wrestler, and his entrances were the best I don't think anyone else could've topped those off except for him, he's one of a kind in my opinion
I always LOVED the Undertakers entrances. Number 10 on this list was the only one I wasn't a fan of. Don't get me wrong. I liked that incarnation of the Deadman. Mark look amazing but, that particular entrance just looked so uncomfortable and untheatrical for him and his character and didn't make much sense. It just seemed made up on the spot and not too thought out at all. Mark looked uncomfortable doing it. The lighting was bad and kept showing the double wire harness that was holding him and took away from the illusions. Like, "how do we bring Mark in tonight?" "Umm, here let's put this Batman cape on him and lower him from the ceiling." Luckily every entrance before and after that chilling and stunning.
Hexed4Life I agree with you about the lighting !! if the lighting was managed better the entrance would've been so much greater but I think the batman cape idea was cool & different !! that's why I still like the entrance & I think it's one of the best !!

Great compilation! I would always watch wwf as a kid (ya back when) hiding in the staircase to the basement cause my parents didn't want me to watch haha, hoping he was going to come out. I went to get a hooded vest made while I was in Morocco and told the lady I wanted a hood like the Undertaker, even she knew who he was. The day he retires or passes will be a big tragedy :(
