Beautiful condition now. I must look back at any videos if there are any from before it was refurbished as I am working on a GP14 and trailers right now. Inspirational.
Thanks! Yes there is a restoration video with some footage of her before I started work. I wasn’t planning on making the video though so it’s not as comprehensive as some of the other videos I’ve done.
Great videos, excellent restoration work. I’ve just bought our families first dinghy, a GP14 similar age to yours so I’ll definitely be following your techniques. Thanks for sharing 😊👍
Fantastic, they're great boats. Especially the Mk2 with the buoyancy in the floor, it is very stable so good for family sailing. Glad you liked the videos!
@@CorinNelsonSmith is the way of using minimal sail. For solo sailing. I'm looking for a sea capable dinghy. But just leisurely cruising. Too old to be hanging over side. Been looking at these and wayfarers

Very nicely shot and edited. Most enjoyable
Corin, you first sail looked a hell of a lot dryer and smoother then ours. Awesome work!
Also boat looks so polished

Good luck! I'm just starting out with a VW T4 as well, so joining all the forums and Facebook groups for tips on that :)

Yes! You don't have to horse it down, just smooth it out. signed old GP sailor
Sorry, gave up after a few seconds, the music is too overpowering. Whats wrong with the sound of the wind and water??
Music killed it😢😢😢
