Just wanted to mention as well that even if the artwork on the 2.0 is the same they won’t be identical to the 1.0 since the black swoosh, white heel tab and white tongue with the black daisy will be different. BUT, you said it is 0.5 or 1 size down... GG!!! It means I should have gotten 7 or 7.5... I'm screwed now 😭 (I thought it would be loose, like a little bit, until I saw that you can fit even a phone inside... omg)
it should still be fine! turns out, the white pair is made completely differently from the black pair. it doesn't fit crazy oversized, it fits about the same as a regular pair of AF1's! You're good!
Got mine on stockx and they look almost if not a bit less worn than this. Never owned a pair of af1's but love GD so I jumped right in thinking they'd be true to size. Because they fit so big I hardly wear them but first day, the paint chipped off.
@@iflykites789 I'm also hoping to get lucky. I definitely prefer half a size down. I'm usually a 5 but the 5 on these is so big on me.. Definitely a 4.5 on these shoes without a doubt. They run a bit big and for comparison's sake, before I got them in I tried on a pair of regular AF1's. Hope that helped!
Yes I just bought the first release in black and I went true to size (5.5) and they fit good but just wear thicker socks cause your heel will slip out just a tad bit but not a lot. True to size is okay 👍🏻 I guess it’s due to how I tied them like in this video too
