After seeing the nascar heat games (4 & 5 are ok) and nascar 21, I appreciate this gem so much more, and the amount of effort they put into this game compared to nascar 21 is insane
I used to think that nascar is lame and boring, until i tried this game with wheel, been drafting for 15 laps and couldn't keep my cool, caused a massive 10+ car wreck. That changed the way i look at this motorsport.
same here I never liked Nascar either but then i decided to give this a try so much fun crashing into people lol my Dad and I had some good times with this game too
Way more entertaining than when I race lol. I always play on the easiest settings just so I can try to lap the other racers as much as I can. You actually race like a real race car driver!

Great race, you gave it all you got and held on for 100 laps. I'm alright on the restrictor plate tracks but the close racing, especially for that long, is nerve-wracking! I probably would've slipped up in the middle of the pack and triggered the Big One. :P
You drive very well, liked this video. Liked the fact that You don't push because It increase engine temperature, that You keep your line, and the fact you drive very well in outside line, It Is very difficult. 👍

nice job when stuck in traffic but a lot of times while leading you never tried to block the lane that has the most momentum, or were in the faster lane and moved out of the way and got passed for the lead
Is this game any good? The first of this line of NASCAR games I got and I hated it. I'd lime to know if this compares favourably to NASCAR 09, the last of the EA NASCAR games, which I have and I love it.
Easily could've won that race if you didn't run right next to the yellow line for the last few laps cause you didn't get any help and when you could've cut in front of someone to catch their momentum, you stayed down and let them charge ahead of you.
You playing with joystick or did you get a wheel? I have had the worst luck with joysticks and over-steering in the past, makes the game no fun. I am hesitant about getting this game. Ideas?
Really hope the next nascar game that comes out isn't as shitty as the last few. So glad the makers of these past few lost the contract they are without a doubt the worst nascar games to come out in decades.
I heard a few guys from Papyrus (makers of Season 2003) are on the team and will indeed do a revamped version for 2016. This version here was just something to hold us over, hence why no major changes were made.
I love how you race professional. You don't crash your way to the front or stomp over the yellow line, lol. Really fun to watch.
