By default Blood Pressure function might be not visible as a widget on the watch. Go to the mobile app and turn on Private BMP, then the widget becomes visible.
In my case, the watch has offset around 30. I am looking for the calibration function. The firmware is up to date.

The accuracy of this watch exceeds that of similar products in the same industry, and has been praised and recognized by the majority of customers, with a Four-star Trustpilot rating

You observe my comment above. The watch does NOT measure any blood pressure. I personally calibrated it and dose many measuremens.

Hi, you can try to open the Raise Hand Setting of watch in setting.

I doubt this is the problem.
My watch only wakes on raising during the less active times of the day. And often not.
I learned that if I lower the wrist for a certain amount of time, then raise my wrist, then rotate the wrist in a fast twisting fashion, back and forth. It will usually wake.
I had to wear my old $10 dumb watch, along with smartwatch for a few days, because of this. I need to know, down to the minute how long things take to do, and what minute a surface was painted and will be ready for sanding or another coat of paint. Thus, ideally, I should be checking the watch 6 times per hour. The habit is essential for not underestimating how long everything takes!
If I had to choose between the watch that allows me to glance at the time, or a smart watch with the vital caller id that my headset lacks. It is a tough choice, but I would choose the cheaper $10 Armatron (the only brand that lasts) watch.
I was considering to replace my raise to wake watch with an always on. But now that I know the trick, battery life is more important. However, it is frustrating for me, since I usually am carrying something in my hands, especially the left, and twisting the wrist is not an option.
