Jesper Berlin talks about how people can think differently and thus generate various views on topics, and how what his military experience have taught min about leadership. Moreover, Jesper talks about the mission creep and what impact it can have in the military and companies. Jesper Berlin has worked in the Armed Forces for the past 29 years, and 14 of these within the special operations.
During his long career, he has witnessed high-risk environments such as mines, bombs and other intense and difficult conditions. Jesper has used the knowledge he learned during these trying situations to help others improve their leadership skills and management.
