I probably bought some fake ones without knowing it however after a year in my Elantra the vehicle seems to run fine with good gas millage. I wonder what type of metal is used on the tip.
I bought plugs and coils for our Sienna and they were all fake. Plugs were like yours. No nub on the end. The main giveaway was the boxes had small Made In China stickers on the back. Luckily the fake parts didn't do any damage.
Is there like website that I could buy this oem parts ? I always see videos of people purchasing these authentic oem parts and i really do not trust eBay or Amazon to purchase parts .
Wow. I bought all 4 of my Iridium plugs for my Kia Forte GT at O'Reilly's for $64. Why are these so expensive? I buy my stuff from a repatable store just in case.

Or just buy genuine aftermarket denso or ngk. Like IKBH20TT OR FK20HBR11
I would like a tutorial in which the buying step of a the fake is prevented. Like which sites are legit for selling good affordable parts.
Authorization stores. Simple. Best bet go to local dealerships

So i suppose the only genuine ones r from the dealer or some around town auto shops, all others in the internat r fake from china basement shops?
