As recommended by the manufacturer. If your BMW has done more than 170,000 km, the oil change interval is between 5,000 and 6,000 km each time. On the contrary, 3,000 - 4,000 km. Whichever oil you choose, it is imperative that you change the oil periodically as recommended in the manufacturer's manual.
